The user may cancel the purchase or renounce the contract within 10 calendar days from the delivery of the product. The withdrawal period will expire after 10 calendar days. The return package must be requested and sent within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.


We will only accept returns or exchanges of those products that have not been used and are in perfect condition (with all its accessories, including the pin label and its box), and can be used for subsequent sale.


The customer must send us the products properly packaged (the customer is responsible for this transportation unless the return is made for a product change). You can do it in two ways, by contacting us via WhatsApp, phone call (+34687544007) or via email ( You can also place a new order with the new products you want and send us the unwanted products to the return address. We will proceed with the shipment of the new order once we receive the previous one. Changes or returns are not allowed for scratched and/or used lenses or frames.


Once its perfect condition is received and verified, the amount of the value of the returned goods will be refunded (transportation costs will not be reimbursed for returns without product exchange). The payment of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment of the product was made.


For cancellations of orders not shipped, the customer must request the cancellation before shipping the same, either by phone or by e-mail. If the order has left our facilities and the client wishes to cancel it before receipt, the latter must bear the costs, they will not be returned under any circumstances. This is also applicable for shipments where the delivery of the order is delayed, since, once the order leaves our facilities, the service is already being provided and the transport company charges us the amount of transport.


If sent the customer a product other than the one requested by mistake, it would take over, withdraw it and send the correct one, taking over the costs incurred.
